"Great customer experience- Leicester Toys R Us. I bought a Cot online, and after delivered we noticed that the cot base was broken. After coordinating with customer service, Leicester branch agreed to exchange the cot base. I would like to thank Leicester store manager Sam for her support. "I'll start with the down side - this place isn't the cheapest.
On the flip side though, whilst we were looking for a new double pushchair they made us aware that they'll price match any other high street store.
Went in three times in the last couple of weeks and the service has been fantastic. Anne went out of her way to pick up a push chair from the Nottingham store because it was out of stock in Leicester. Tasha spent a long time with me demonstrating a couple of pushchairs and went away to find out what the best was she could offer. Claire walked us out into the rain to our car with two pushchairs to see if they would fit into our boot. Shaista was friendly and efficient at the tills.
In the end we felt very comfortable buying our pushchair from here (and yes they price matched).

"I visited with my kids the Baby's section today 3 August 2017, very bad customer service and was ignored by staff member who was responsible for this section. Shockingly I asked for help and requested to wait. Then she was looking at us and pretending that she didn't see us."
